Chamberlin Arthur Neville Chamberlain was born in Birmingham, England, on March 18, 1869. After earth educated at Rugby School he worn seven classs managing his fathers plantation in the Bahamas. Chamberlain arrived back in England in 1897 where he went into the copper-brass business. He was active in topical anesthetic politics and in 1915 was elected Lord mayor of Birmingham. The following year he became the diplomatic minister of Health, in which he served for five years.
He also achieved the entitle of Chancellor of the Exchequer in the discipline Government headed by Ramsay MacDonald from 1931 to 1939.
